Chuk Chat Troubleshooting

I cannot sign in

  • Check email/password spelling.
  • Make sure you confirmed your email after signup.
  • Try again in the web app: chat.chuk.chat.

I forgot my password

If you forget your password, old encrypted chats cannot be recovered. Support cannot recover them.

I am offline or chats are not loading

  • Check your internet connection.
  • If offline mode appears, cached chats may still be readable.
  • Reconnect and refresh/sync.

I cannot send more messages

  • You may have reached your free-message limit (10 total) or run out of credits.
  • Open pricing/subscription to continue usage.

Replies are slow

  • Try a faster model.
  • Try again with a shorter prompt.
  • Check status.chuk.chat for service incidents.

Attachments are not working

  • Check file size and format.
  • Try a different file or restart the app.

I deleted an image and now old chats show placeholders

This is expected. Deleted media is no longer available and old messages may show "Image deleted".

App seems outdated
