== Is my chat data private? ==
Your chat content is encrypted before storage, and Chuk Chat does not sell your data.

== What is ZDR provider filtering? ==
ZDR means Zero Data Retention. Chuk Chat filters provider options so non-compliant providers are excluded from routing.

== Where does voice transcription happen? ==
Voice transcription is handled through Groq Whisper.

== What are tokens and credits? ==
Tokens are small pieces of text used to measure AI usage. Credits are your billing balance. More tokens used means more credits used.
