Why does Chuk Chat use OpenRouter?

OpenRouter allows Chuk Chat to route requests across multiple open-weight model providers while keeping a consistent user experience.

Is my chat data private?

Your chat content is encrypted before storage, and Chuk Chat does not sell your data.

What is ZDR provider filtering?

ZDR means Zero Data Retention. Chuk Chat filters provider options so non-compliant providers are excluded from routing.

Where does voice transcription happen?

Voice transcription is handled through Groq Whisper.

What are tokens and credits?

Tokens are small pieces of text used to measure AI usage. Credits are your billing balance. More tokens used means more credits used.
